Yes. Our prices are all-in: the price you see on the seating plan is what you pay, with nothing added at checkout. There are no surprise fees on the last page.

It depends on the theatre and the show. The Stalls put you closest to the actors and the atmosphere. The front of the Dress Circle often gives the best view of the whole stage, which matters for big dance numbers and spectacle. Each of our show and theatre pages says which seats we'd pick, or call us and ask.

Yes. There's no dress code at West End theatres, so wear whatever you're comfortable in. Plenty of people dress up for a birthday or anniversary, and nobody minds either way. A light layer helps, because some auditoriums get warm.

Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the start, no later. Many evening shows start at 7.30pm, but times vary, so check your tickets. If you're late, you'll usually be held until a suitable break in the show, and on some one-act shows you can't go in at all.

By email, as e-tickets, usually within minutes of booking. Show them on your phone at the door, or print them if you prefer. If they haven't arrived, check your junk folder, then call us on 020 7193 9050 and we'll resend them.

Most theatre tickets can't be exchanged or refunded. That's standard across the industry, not a rule of ours. If the performance is cancelled, you get a full refund. If your plans change, call us before the performance and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
