Who's One Day The Musical For?
One Day The Musical is for anyone who loved the book, the film or the Netflix series and wants to see Em and Dex on stage. It's a romance told across twenty years, checking in on the two of them on the same date each year, which makes it a good choice for a night out for two.
It's also one for fans of the two leads: Jamie Muscato was in Moulin Rouge! and The Great Gatsby, and Sharon Rose was Eliza in Hamilton. And if you'd rather see a new musical than a jukebox show, every song in it was written for the stage.
It's not for you if you're after a light, happy night out. One Day is a weepie.

About One Day The Musical at the Garrick Theatre

What's One Day The Musical About?
Emma Morley and Dexter Mayhew meet on the night of their graduation in Edinburgh, on 15 July 1988. The story then comes back to them on that same date every year for the next twenty years, so each time you see them, a year has passed.
