Garrick Theatre, London

The Garrick Theatre sits at the top (or bottom) of Charing Cross Road, a minute up from Leicester Square, and One Day The Musical opens here on 17 November 2026. It has 733 seats over three levels, so it's small and nobody is far from the stage.

Still choosing seats? The Dress Circle is our pick as a general rule, the front three rows especially, or the Stalls in front of row M if you want to be close. From row O back the Stalls get harder to see from, because the overhang comes low and there are pillars at the ends of the centre block.

Already booked? The Dress Circle is level with the foyer. The Stalls are 24 stairs down, and the Grand Circle is 25 steps up and then 8 down. There's a bar on every level and a bag check at the door. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before, no later.

Each level has its own page: the Stalls, the Dress Circle and the Grand Circle, with all three side by side on the seating plan. After those come how to get here, access, bars and toilets, restaurants, bars and hotels nearby and more about the theatre.

  • Cirque Berserk!, 21 to 31 October 2026: the circus show, back for half term

Then One Day The Musical opens on Tuesday 17 November 2026 and is booking until 14 March 2027 for now, with more dates likely to be added. Ticket prices

For One Day The Musical, tickets start from around £35, most seats cost from around £60 up to around £105, and premium seats start from around £130, depending on the date. Sometimes we have discount tickets, so it's always worth checking. All-in pricing, the price you see is what you pay.

The Garrick has a quiet secret for value: the side blocks at the back of the Stalls usually cost a fair bit less, and they're the least affected by the pillars back there. The side seats in the front block are cheaper too. A seat with a restricted view is always marked as one.
