From Waterloo
Waterloo is about a 9-minute walk. It's on the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo & City lines, and it's a mainline station too, so it's the easy one if you're coming in by train. If you need step-free, come in on the Jubilee line.
The other ways in
Tube from Westminster. It's about a 7-minute walk over Westminster Bridge. Westminster is on the Circle, District and Jubilee lines, and the Circle and District lines have step-free access.
Buses. The nearest stops are on Chicheley Street and York Road, at the Belvedere Road end of the building: the 11, 76, 77, 381 and C10. On Westminster Bridge Road, at the St Thomas' Hospital / County Hall stops, you get the 11, 12, 148, 159 and 453. The 53 stops a little further away, at the Lower Marsh stop on Westminster Bridge Road. At night, the N53, N109, N155 and N381 stop close by.
Taxi. Belvedere Road is private, so a taxi cannot drop you at the door. Ask for the corner of Belvedere Road and Chicheley Street, about 50 metres from the entrance, or for the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel.
Car. Waterloo Car Park is about 2 minutes' walk, and Q-Park Westminster about 12. It's in the Congestion Charge zone.
What time to arrive
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the performance, no later. Every bag is searched on the way in, and that takes time, so do not cut it fine.
