The theatre is inside the Congestion Charge zone, which applies from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and from midday to 6pm at weekends. There are disabled bays for Blue Badge holders on St Martin's Lane and on Charing Cross Road.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before, no later. Bags are checked at the door, and the bars and foyers usually open 45 minutes ahead. Balcony ticket? Add a few minutes, because it's a long climb.

Arrive late and you could be kept out until a suitable break, which isn't guaranteed, so you may miss a fair stretch of the show.
